Context:
“Red Cap” Days were to be held on the last Wednesday of every month, designed to attract shoppers from the Central Fraser Valley to major shopping centres in the Clearbrook area including Cedar Park, Meadow Fair and Clearbrook Food Centre. Each week, a $1,000 lottery prize was available, however, winners would only be given 15 minutes to claim their prize. If they arrived after the 15 minutes, they would receive a $100 consolation prize and the $1,000 prize would be added to the subsequent month’s lottery.
